About Me

John

My name is John, I study Maths and Economics at the University of Nottingham and I am a tutor specialised in boosting the exam results of students aged 14–18.

At the end of my Year 12, my predicted grades were below the offer I needed for university. However, once I realised how to study efficiently and effectively, I ended up achieving 4 A*s in Maths, Further Maths, English and Geography, and I got into my first-choice university.

I started StanwayTutoring to help students develop a strong understanding of mathematical concepts which can then combine with these exam techniques and study methods.
